Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your Returns & Exchange Policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-days return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Refunds are initiated within 5 days after the return items are picked up. Please note that embroidery/engraving orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
How can I place a return or exchange request?
To place a return or exchange request, please visit Return & Exchange Page. Our team will review and approve your request within 3 working days. Once approved, we will arrange pick up for the items within 2 working days.
How are return requests processed?
Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will pick up the items within 2 working days. The returned item will undergo quality checks, and refunds will be initiated within 5 days after the items are picked up.
What is the return policy for items bought during a sale period?
Any items bought during the sale period do not qualify for a return. They are final sale items.
How will I receive the refund for my returned product?
For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method after a deduction of FLAT Rs 100 as a reverse shipment fee. For Cash on Delivery orders, you will receive coupon code sent to your registered email address which you can use on your next order.
What will happen if I do not accept my order while it is out for delivery?
As a standard practice, our shipping partner will attempt delivery 3 times. In case the order is not accepted, a standard deduction of INR 150 towards shipping charges will be applied during the refund process. This refund will be credited to you in the form of a Gift card/ coupon code.
How long does it take to exchange my product?
The exchange process starts after the pickup of the old order. Typically, the entire process, from placing the exchange request to receiving the new product, takes 7-10 working days.

Where is my order?
You can track your order using your Order ID or AWB number here: Track my order
You’ll also find the Order ID and AWB number in your confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
Yes, you can change the shipping address within 24 hours for embroidery/engraving orders. For non-embroidery orders, we can update the address if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Orders are usually dispatched within 12 hours. Please WhatsApp us or email us to hello@hindmed.com.
Can I cancel/ modify my order?
If you wish to make any changes to the order placed either whatsapp us or email us within 3 hours of placing the order. Post that, changes or cancellations aren’t possible. Embroidery/engraving orders can’t be canceled once processing begins, as they are custom-made and non-returnable.
Do you ship Overseas?
Currently we are shipping only within India.
I received an "Order Delivered" message but haven't received my package. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your package, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update via WhatsApp us or Email us at hello@hindmed.com and we’ll help you out.
Customer Delivery Failure & Attempt Policy
How many delivery attempts are made before an order is marked RTO?
We make three delivery attempts as per standard courier practices. If all attempts fail, the order is returned to our warehouse (RTO initiated).
Can my order be resent after it is marked RTO?
- Yes! Here’s how we handle it:
- Non-Customized Orders: Please contact us for redispatch. We’ll reship your order within 48 hours. You can also request a change in variants at this point.
Customized Orders: Once the shipment is returned to our warehouse, we’ll reship it within 48 hours.Note: We cannot accommodate any changes in size, style, or personalization, as the product is custom-made for you.
Product & Product customisation
How will I know my size before ordering?
Please refer to the size chart before placing your order as each collection may have different sizing references. Also when buying cherokee ans healing hands products be mindful of the sizing as these are international products and go with international sizing. We suggest to size down when buying Cherokee or Healing hands products. (For example if your Indian size is “M” then in Cherokee/ Healing hands we recommend buying a size “S” ) for a better fit.
What sizes do you carry?
Size ranges vary by brand. Most items are available in sizes XS - 3X. Some products offer extended sizes including XXS and 4X - 6X as well as Short, and Tall pant options. Please refer to the size chart available for each product for detailed information.
How do I know if the same color will match across brands?
To ensure the best color match, we recommend purchasing items from the same Collection. A Collection is a curated group of products that share the same fit, feel, and fabric. For example, Cherokee Revolution or the HH Works Collection. Please note that items under the same brand name may not always be an exact color match. If you have any questions, our Customer Service team is happy to help!
I want to ask questions about a product before placing an order. How do I find more information about the item?
Each item has an area dedicated to "Product Details" containing the item's description, specifications, and materials. However, if you need additional information, please contact our customer service team via whatsapp/ email.
How do I care for my Scrubs apparel?
Laundering instructions will vary by brand. Please consult the care tag on the inside of your garment for proper care instructions.
Computer Monitor Color Accuracy
We do our best to accurately represent the appearance of the products we sell on our online store. However, please keep in mind that if your monitor color settings have been changed or are not set to the default standard settings, a product's true colors may not appear as they should on your screen.
Customisation
Do you offer embroidery?
Yes. We offer embroidery on the left and/or right chest of any solid colored scrub top, jacket, or lab coat (personalization and custom logo).For personalization, simply click +Add Embroidery on the product's detail page and enter your desired text. All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
What items can I get embroidered?
Embroidery may be applied to solid tops and labcoats
What if my embroidery item does not fit?
Because embroidered items are custom-made just for you, we're unable to accept returns on them. We appreciate your understanding!
Do promotional offers apply to embroidery costs?
Promotional offers cannot be applied to embroidery costs.
What text colors and fonts are available?
You can view our available thread colors on the Embroidery page. We offer two font styles: Block and Script, with a standard font size of 3/8 inch.
Will I be able to preview my embroidery selections before submitting an order?
- For personalization, you may see a preview of the font style and color when entering your information.
- For custom logos, you’ll receive a digital “sew-out” preview by email within 3–5 business days after placing your order. You’ll have the opportunity to review it and request any changes before giving final approval for processing.
- Our quality assurance team will ensure a professional look and may contact you if they believe your selection could be improved.
Do you offer engraving services for the Littmann stethoscope?
Yes we do please click on add engraving option provided under the product in PDP page before adding to cart.
