Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
  • Request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Underscrubs/ Caps/ innerwear (Or any item that has been used)
  • Accessories like masks, and stethoscopes (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless there is a defect while order is delivered)
  • Personalised orders, including embroidery and engraving, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or defect issues (subject to availability)
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at hello@scrubroom.in
  2. Share order ID, reason, and images 
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images for quick resolution.
