Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines carefully.
1. Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- Request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Underscrubs/ Caps/ innerwear (Or any item that has been used)
- Accessories like masks, and stethoscopes (for hygiene reasons)
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless there is a defect while order is delivered)
- Personalised orders, including embroidery and engraving, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or defect issues (subject to availability)
- If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Share order ID, reason, and images
- Our team will guide you through the next steps
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images for quick resolution.
